This local real estate development company is the co-developer of the 606 N Washington St CoHousing planned for Alexandria. The founders of this entity will provide a new path of real estate development that emphasizes community building. It includes energy efficiency, net zero facilities, a sustainable lifestyle, clean, safe, and affordable, with renewable energy providing its energy output, all in a foundation of cohousing. For these reasons, we are offering a hybrid approach to these communities and identifying it with the spelling CoHousing.

 

Our development concept will not only be energy neutral and sustainable but with the community focus of CoHousing as its baseline. It has been defined as a "kinder way to live”.

 

The initial offering of our concept will be the 606 N Washington St CoCo in Alexandria. From this project, the SNA principles will seek to meet the needs of its member community and other developments that fulfill the interests of its families to embrace this alternative way of existing together and with nature. • Design Charrette – January 14th – 1 PM - Help in the design of our common spaces and the preliminary layout of our building residential units for our building at 606 N Washington St. Charrette will be open to 606 registered community members. This Charrette will be held at our indoor picnic spot at 333 N Fairfax St 4th floor in Alexandria. Easy parking in the building’s parking garage. Full bathrooms available.

• Potluck Pizza Party – January 28th – 12 Noon – Bring your favorite pizza pie for all our families to enjoy. Meet our members, bring a friend, and eat some great food. This potluck will be held at our indoor picnic spot at 333 N Fairfax St 4th floor in Alexandria at 1 pm. Easy parking in the building’s parking garage. Full bathrooms available.
